For those who didn't, it's basically about Adam Sandler, playing the not angry guy, learning to be angry through a series of seemingly unfortunate and random events, with Jack Nicholson as the hilarious anger management therapist, Dr. Buddy Rydell. This anger solves anger philosophy ends up with a small twist.

Countless videos, self-help books and therapy sessions have been made to address this issue on anger management, and it is little wonder why.
