NO ROOM

"She wrapped Him in cloths and placed Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn." Luke 2:7b

Slightly more than some 2000 years ago, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ was born. As the passage tells us, He was laid in a manger because there was no room for Him in the inn. All the rooms had been booked and filled.

So it is with the hearts of men today. There is so much clutter in our lives that some of us have no room for Jesus. Even as believers, some of us might have had our lives filled with and hearts set on so many other things, that there is very little left that we are willing to offer to the Lord. Let us reflect on our lives as Christmas approaches and allow the Lord to fill our entire lives this day, and not just a part or a section of it.
