BOTC

Basic officer training course
7 of us went for the botc, me, Candice, huiling, auntie janette, clara, Pamela and mae (south view pri gb teacher in charge)…

It was a very good experience for me through the 2 weekends…

We went through leadership foundations, mission and vision for GB, team building games, some admin stuff, drills… got to learn more of what GB really is and their mission and vision… the team building games which we played, T.E.A.M = Together Everyone Achieves More… it’s not by our own individual effort that we can do things but it’s actually through a team work…
Drills was ok… though I learned b4 in sec school but… it’s like I learned very basic one and theirs is like.. huh.. so many other different.. blur blur… but still can make it lah..

And during the course… we had fun too.. with auntie janette.. she’s always telling all those jokes which makes me laughing non-stop… hehe

AND…

What I was reminded during botc was this question.. “am I willing?”
Because before I went for botc, I was thinking.. hmmm.. can I really do it? can I really serve in this ministry? a part of me felt that I was inadequate to serve in this ministry…
But what God really spoke to me was, if I was willing to do it, I can do it in His strength. And this verse came to me (Philippians 4:13 I can do everything through him who gives me strength.)
